On my drive home tonight, I had a one moment glance that changed everything.
The traffic was thick coming right out of the District -- of course, I had left myself just enough time to get where I needed to be --not a minute to space. I had no time for the bumper-to-bumper traffic I was experiencing. Ugh.
Then -- my whole approach all changed when I glanced over and saw the beautiful cherry blossoms. I mean beautiful and in full bloom ---
An attendee at your event can have the same experience --- one small interaction can change their whole impression.
